During these difficult and uncertain times, we are always available to answer any questions that a family may have. When making the funeral arrangements, we can offer to do this at our office in a safe and organised environment, we can make house calls with social distancing and the wearing of face coverings a priority but if it would be easier, the arrangements can be made over the phone.

Your Custom Song & Tribute Video Package
To fully pay tribute to your loved one, our team of talented Singer-Songwriters will compose a beautiful tribute inspired by your memories.
Included in your order you will receive a stunning keepsake which encases a photo of your loved one, as well as a QR Code which directs you to your custom song and tribute video.
Choose from a selection of genres including; Acoustic, Pop, Folk, Country, R&B/Soul, Rock
Your tribute video will be made from treasured photographs of your loved one which you are to supply your funeral director with. Anything between 25-35 photos is a great amount to accompany your custom song.

How long does a custom song and tribute video package take to produce?
It takes between 4-7 days to create your original song, video and keepsake. You will receive your full package within 10 working days (including delivery time).
How will my song and video be delivered?
Your package will be delivered directly to your chosen address or via your funeral director.
How much does the package cost?
Your full package costs £195.
Can I make changes to my original song once I hear it?
If you receive your original song and would like to make any changes, our Worry-Free Guarantee is here to assist you. You can make modifications to your song's lyrics at no additional cost, including fixes for misspellings and mispronunciations. Simply email your requested changes to us at hello@oursongrequest.com and your artist will promptly work on the revisions. Once complete, we will resend you the final version of your song.
Who should I send the photos for the tribute video to?
